Who we are

We, Arjen and Elsbeth Soederhuizen, are the Dutch owners of Mas de Terrisse.

We bought the house in 2005 and renovated completely it for our own use only. That is why we decorated the house with utmost care and attention.

As the maintenance of a house like this requires more money then expected we decided to rent the house in the high season. The money we earn is re-invested in the house (like an airconditioning in the 3 rooms at the first floor, an mosquito-trap system, a new cleaning system for the pool etc.). However, we also like the fact that all the families that rent our house are so delighted and enjoy spending their holidays in our house so much.

Mas de Terrisse is also listed at Homeaway, Ownersdirect, Arbitel.. . Although they pretent to be safe and cheap, this is no longer the case since they were taken over by Expedia. Now they charge a significant service fee, while they do not provide any additional service to renters.
