Prices and availability
The house is very well suited for 2 or more families or multiple friendly couples who would like to spend their holidays together.
Mas de Terrisse is being rented from Sunday to Sunday so you can avoid the busy " black saturdays" on the road.
In principle we only rent in July and August. Should you wish to rent the house outside this period, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Prices 2025
June and September: EUR 3250,- (only if available)
July and August: EUR 3695,- to EUR 3995,- (depending on the week)
Additional costs:
- The rentalprice is for (maximum of) 8 guests.
- Compulsory cleaning at the end of the rental: EUR 150,-
- Compulsory midterm cleaning; EUR 75,- (in case of rental of 2 weeks or more),
- Linen/towels: EUR 25,- per person, EUR 10,- per person for weekly change of bedlinen (in case of rental of 2 weeks or more),
- EUR 1,50 per adult a night for tourist tax.
