Fully equiped and tastfully decorated holiday home in Cotignac

The holiday home is fully renovated but still has the charms of an old french farmhouse. It contains of a large livingroom, a large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 

Large livingroom with fireplace

When entering the house you will find the livingroom (50m2) at your left. With a fireplace and elegantly decorated with local antique furniture and a large sofa.

 TV, Sonos music systeem and Wifi available.

Well equiped kitchen

The large kitchen is fully equiped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and various coffee machines (Nespresso, Senseo and filter).

An extensive collection of spices is available for your use. Fresh mint, thyme and rosemary can be picked in the garden. 

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Although we have 10 beds (5 bedrooms) we only allow 8 people maximum as we noticed occupancy of 10 people didn't do our house well.

On the groundfloor you will find 2 bedrooms:

- a large (double) bedroom (35m2)

- a smaller bedroom with 2 separate beds (12m2).

A separate bathroom and 2 separate toilets.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with airconditioning:

- the masterbedroom (20m2) with an adjoining bathroom (bath, shower, toilet)

- guestroom (15m2)

- large bedroom (20m2) 

There is a separate bathroom and a toilet too.
